Pet friendly, free breakfast & free parking. Those are all excellent! The lady at the front desk is very nice also. But the rooms are dirty!! There’s stains on my bedding & towels, along with a very cheap patch/paint job throughout the room. You can tell where they fixed the paint with new paint because the color doesn’t match! Ex.) Half of the bathroom door is one color & the other half is another. Couch has stains on it. Came in my room & one of the lamps was broken/hanging off the table. The shower tub was not cleaned properly. Along with an old nasty, breaking down shower curtain. This place is a 2 star hotel for me!

Positive: Hotel employee was a wonderful greeter. We loved the room. Bed was superior!! My husband really liked it. Thought they had great shampoos, etc. love Paul Mitchell! Price was good too! Love the little night light in bathroom! Overall the best place we stay Negative: Little hard to find among all the others around it .

Room had only been vacuumed in open spaces. Items found behind chair. Chair had a weak bottom so sitting in it would sink one down. Very uncomfortable. Next day housekeeper was very friendly as she gave us clean towels and facecloths. Some of the clerks were friendly when we checked in and in the early evening. Later that night we needed a blanket for both beds. One worker claimed they only had 1 blanket available, but there was actually more. He acted begrudged to give 2 blankets. As we left after our stay, no one bothered to even speak as we walked past and out.

This has been the worst stay I have ever experienced at any hotel!! On arrival I found a towel in my room with blood on it. I took it to the head cleaning lady & she said, oh sorry! I asked that they clean our room again while we were out for dinner. Returned from dinner & found that the room had not been cleaned again because we found blood in the shower. We did not find the blood until 11:30pm so I didn’t tell the front desk until the next morning. Basically was told it was our fault because I should have told them about it when I found it. I tried to tell them I gave the head cleaning lady the towel & she was at the front desk when I was taking the main person about it & the cleaning lady said, well it was just a little spot of blood! Like really, I don’t care how big the spot is. My room should’ve been cleaned again. Well I didn’t get anywhere with that it was basically a joke to them. They had wheat charged my card for both nights so we stayed the second night thinking nothing else would happen. Well that was incorrect as well. We woke up to a fire alarm in the middle of the night & all through the morning because someone in the room next to us was smoking! We could smell it!! I go to the front desk at 7:30am to complain because the alarm wouldn’t quit going off & the firemen even showed up. I told the front desk & the fireman exactly what the problem was & no one even went up stairs to figure out who was smoking so the alarm would stop going off. I asked for the number to the manger & only got an email. In the email I gave her my number & asked her to call me. She has yet to email me back or call me. Also the entire time I was complaining to the guy at the front desk he was just smirking at me! BEWARE!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER!!!!
