I went in expecting to pay at least 100 dollars. Then came an employee by the name of Justin. He suggested before doing the repair to just clean the speaker on my phone. That fixed it. He went above and beyond more than I can ever imagine.

I was having issues with my charger port and they helped me as soon as I walked in. The service was great and they cleaned my charger port since that was the issue within 10min and sent me on my way a happy customer. I definitely recommend them and will be back if I have any other issues!!

My phone had been difficult to charge for about 2 years. I took it to Ubreakifix Conway. They took it to the back and came back in a few minutes and said all my phone needed was the charging port cleaned, which he had done, and there was no charge. He also showed me how to clean the charging port. I would give more stars if I could. They were amazing.

I would recommend dropping the phone off for a free diagnostic for an accurate price quote. Typically, they quote 3-5 days for parts on non-standard devices
Your best bet for a quote is to call the store. They can then check for parts if there are parts available. They offer free diagnostics in the store if you decide to come in.
I'm going thru that with hubby's phone. It is not dead but screen is cracked and phone cannot be navigated, it's a 2017 or 2018 Motorola that was not backed up to Google. For our situation it looks like it is going to be impossible. Unless we want to go to expense of trying to repair it. But parts are from China. Like your previous reply, it's best to call them. Lots of variables for that situation, different for age of phone, brand of phone etc. Good luck! They are extremely helpful and will honestly explain what can and can't be done.
