Definitely not. There is a very narrow path called the Lemon Squeeze that would make even carrying a child near impossible. Further in, there is a low clearance area that you will hunch over to walk through. It is beautiful and definitely a lot of fun, but it is better to be hands free.

I wouldn't. The "trail" is narrow.
You will not be able to use it in the cave. It's too small of a passage at multiple points.
