I was supposed to get a next day air shipment today and now it is delayed, it will be spoiled by the time it may get here, unacceptable!! August 2022 for the second time within 30 days ups has said it delivered something to my front door, I did not receive either one Latest is: 1ZA005F80382201317 We have a steep driveway and I suspect they don’t want to walk down it

Paid for over night delivery cost$100.00 for a$140.00 part that was needed for immediate install. It missed the out going truck by ten minutes. I spoke to a driver and he said call the facility. I did and they said they had it but it wouldn't be delivered till Monday at the earliest. I had to drive an hour each way to pick it up. I called complaint department as directed by the ups facility to do. They basically said Oh well. You still got it over night even though you picked out up from us.

I live on HWY 54 in a very rural area and you can't see my house from the highway. The UPS driver put my package on the ground next to my mailbox. Anybody driving by could of stopped and picked it up without me ever knowing it was delivered. I did not receive a text saying package was delivered, it was pure luck my husband had to go to town and he seen the package there.I have no idea how long it was there. Usually UPS drops off package by my house. I am very upset it was left in plain site on a major highway.
