Very, very disorganized. Made an appointment for 11 am and didn't get in until 12:30. They weren't even going by appointment times. They were just coming to the door and reading from some list to bring people in. Terrible setup! Employee's were very snarky and condescending. Employees were nice this time but I got bumped after being in the que for over and hour. I was first in the que twice and they bumped me for people that were there for plates. Sent them over to the drivers license station right after. They need to go exactly by the que and order people are in or else what's the point?
