If not able to stand for 30 min then no. The uniqueness of cave means there are right spaces. Even very obese people cannot fit through these tight spots.
I would say no for wheel chairs yes if able to walk, there are like 2-3tight squeeze places.
Unfortunately, there are too many very tight squeezes and several stairs.
