There are a lot of stairs but they are not steep or small stairs. I am a shirt size XXL and the tight spots were easy to get threw. When I went I was still recovering from SI joint surgery (a major surgery, and I was freshly off a walker occasionally using a cane....which I did not take with me there) and I had no problems at all. The tour is not a rigorous fast paced tour it is nice and relaxing and there are railings at most of the stairs.
It's not overly strenuous but there are many low spots where you will have to crouch down. I am an XXL shirt & there were some spots that I had to turn sideways to get through.
It's an hour long tour. There are alot of short areas as well as tight spots. I'm 5'7" xl and made it fine. It's a slow moving tour you shod be fine
