Absolutely but must be kept on a leash while in the campground and can not be left unattended ☺
We go frequently to NRO and have seen many campers with dogs in the campground near the river.

How much is it to camp there a day per person?
Do they sell any type of food there? Or does everyone take their own grill and food?

How many people to a raft?
Taking my kids during the week, but a little concerned after reading reviews of drunks, fights, stabbings, and flashing for beads. Are weekdays family friendly and should I reconsider and look elsewhere?
Can you swim in the river??
How much to rent the cabins?
Have my own rafts. Can i put in at nro to float to maggards corckery? Need to park a vehicle at nro and one at corckery.
