We've been regular customers ever since we got our aussie, winston. Super nice staff. We recently started getting his nails done here too, since he won't let me do it anymore lol. Got me in quick and was done within minutes. Definitely my go-to pet store 😊

Never been in this store before, but upon entering, everything was nice, neatly placed on display. The store clerk greeted me from the moment of entry, very pleasant. Located what I needed, cashed out. Employee was very curtious and informative the entire visit.

The employees are always nice and helpful. They also seem to be a fun group of people to be around. Wide selection of products from reptiles to dogs, cats to birds- they have had everything I've needed each time I've visited. BIG BONUS- I love the fact that I can shop at a locally owned pet store and not have to go to Springfield to shop at a national chain.

Nice facility, very clean. Decently priced, easy location to find. Has grooming, in facility. Had a lot of what you would need from wound care, to food, to toss, and even dog friendly cookies (my dogs love them)

The store does carry crickets, mealworms, super worms, frozen rodents, pellets, freeze dried krill, etc. Heating pads, decor, cage bulbs, hoods, tanks, etc.

No they just have cats from pound pullers. And sometimes have reptiles and beta fish. Petsmart in Springfield has Guinea pigs and sometimes Natures best pet shop has them they're in Lebanon too on Elm.
