We have had many babies visit the cave with and without strollers. The majority of the cave is stroller and wheelchair friendly. We hope you make the trip.
I've been on a tour in this Cavern and there was a baby there in a stroller there was only one part of the Cave the stroller could not access but they had a nice little sitting area for you to wait tell the people to get back because you have to climb up stairs other parts are stroller-friendly
The tour takes about an hour. It is not baby stroller friendly, but if the little ones can walk it's a good time. No crawling required, a couple of thin spots and low ceiling (less the 6' tall in a couple of spots) and stairs to climb that are not even.
There are some low level ceilings so you'll need to be aware of your head and your baby's.
Should not be an issue, the last 30% might be difficult but it's worth the trip
