2 times in a month in this office. And by far the rudest person I have met is at the front counter. First trip she was making fun of the customers in the lobby, loud enough if I heard. They heard. This time the remark was made " I'm not going to have you sit in my lobby all day, we called your number, you should have came up. Except the number I pulled was already on the screen and all windows were full? The lady then shouted the number behind me. So I waited patiently. To be called out in the manner I was, proves this lady is not a front counter type of person. Her rudeness both visits was embarrassing to the other ladies who are trying to assist the other customers. I took my stuff and drove to Jeff City. Would rather wait another hour in a building where bullying of customers by an employee isn't tolerated! Move that lady to work in a back office. Her skills are fully lacking as a customer service representative.

This office was actually much faster and friendlier than most!! I was in and out pretty quick and had a couple of things to license plus get my address changed on my drivers license!

Sitting here over an hour they have waited on 2 people. They are training 2new people there should be at least 1person waiting on people there. This is ridiculous 😒
