For 2020 the rates are $20 for adults, $12 for kids 11 and under.

The seat belt goes across the entire seat. If you put your little one on it, you will be directed to put them between adults and it is at your own risk. My 5 yo had a hard time sitting still when we had the periodic stops. Personally, we waited till she was able to get in and out on her own. However, there were 4 other kids on it when we rode and they were younger and did well.
