There are an abundance of trails of all types. The North Country Trail is about a mile north and well maintained in that area as well as smaller trails that can easily be researched such as The Brown Bridge Quiet Area which is gorgeous and very well marked.
There are trails everywhere for horses so should be good for cross country.

Would be the vasa trail. Not sure how close it is but vasa trail map is available online I'm sure.
