I’m not one to regularly leave reviews, but the subpar service I just received tonight at this establishment was unacceptable. Allow me to elaborate: At 5:30, I texted an order in to this store as a pickup, but decided to call in immediately and change it to a delivery. After speaking with a male employee on the phone, he assured me the order was now a delivery and confirmed my address and name. Great, sounds good… 7:30 rolls around, still no pizza at my house. A call to the store confirms that the order had never actually been changed to a delivery; it had been sitting in their store for over an hour as a pickup order. My three kids, all under the age of 6, were all hungry and ended up eating some old leftovers. I immediately drove up to the store and communicated this to a female manager, who was very unapologetic and didn’t sympathize in the slightest. I ordered again and was shockingly charged full price, no offer of a discount whatsoever. I’m finished with this place. Do what you say, guys. Maybe you’ll keep more customers that way.

Folks never have disappointed. They're deliveries are always on time and they are very communicative. Even through all of the staffing issues that small business owners face right now, it's always done very well and we've never had even the closest thing to a disappointment. Just wanted to drop five stars for these guys because I know they are short staffed and always come through. Oh, and the pizza is amazing, too. :)

Abysmal customer service. I placed an order for pickup through the texting app, and was given instructions to pickup my pizza after an estimated time of 20 minutes. I had my wife go and follow through with the EXACT instructions given to me via text, and she was greeted with an incredibly rude, disgruntled employee over the phone. I apologize if you are "not offering" curbside pickup, but that is the exact instructions given to us. She was also told she required to pay for it, except both the receipt, and my text order already made it very clear it was paid for. This employee should not be working in retail, period. Very upset with this encounter and will definitely be ordering from here forward through B.C Pizza. Pictures included.

We ordered bread sticks and when we got them home, we discovered they were raw in the middle. Jet's confirmed that a new employee put them into the conveyor oven too far so they didn't cook as long as they should have. They wouldn't give us a refund and all they would offer is a $5 credit on our next order. The bread sticks cost $8.99. This apparently, is "store policy". If your order gets messed up here, prepare to take a loss.
