Staff was completely unhelpful. 3 people behind the desk with nothing to do and didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing looking for assistance. They also would not sign me up , said I had to go to the app. Just what I need another app…. Do yourself a favor and find another gym TC has a million

This Planet Fitness has a good vibe overall plus a well thought out floor plan and “extra” amenities. All the work out spaces have an energetic feel, separation but not isolated. The locker rooms have adequate seating and edgy locker design and the showers have a ledge so the floor doesn’t get as wet. (Nice! )The staff is friendly. Great job

I'd give a zero if possible. I moved up to the area last year and transferred to the TC gym. Bad hours, bad wifi, bad management was par the course. So I canceled my membership. Fast forward to a week ago. I noticed on my bank account I was still getting charged. For months, with no use, I was getting charged (even though I canceled at the location in July. Well that's annoying. Since I had a membership active I decided to go in and grab a workout and see what I could do about a refund. The manager in charge at the time was borderline useless. And they wouldn't let me in because I owed for August and September(you know the months I wasn't supposed to be a member) with late fees they essentially wanted $100 and wouldn't let me in. The potato, I mean gentleman behind the desk (the useless one) didn't even make an effort. But he canceled my membership without me asking. I had been a member for 5 years at Chesterfield, MI PF. No problems. It took them a month to get me to want out, then another 6 months of charges for an unsatisfactory outcome. Pics semi relevant.

I have been working out for 35 years. Been to numerous gyms and have never seen any of the equipment that Planet Fitness has or some of the messages beds and chairs that this gym has. It is awesome
