You can get the permit when you renew your tabs for your car. I'm not sour if you can buy the permit here
I think I payed only $9 for it at DMV when I purchased the plate. State parks and recreation
The tag being discussed is only for michigan state parks. National park passes are generally available only at ranger stations. Enjoy our great outdoor resources!
I think you could do that however like the previous person mentioned, it would behoove you to get them @ the DMV when you renew your plates. Much more cost effective that way.
