There are signs all over saying no leashed animals. Now if its a smaller dog. I have seen people put dogs in dog strollers..

Yes leashed and caged dogs are permitted.

Totally enclosed dog strollers that prohibit the dog from escaping or coming into physical contact are permitted as they are on the same scale as a crate.
