We arrived around 11:30pm...doors locked but no instruction on how to reach anyone. I just so happened to see a "ringer" on the side wall so I buzzed it...a nice woman came to let me in. After checking in, she gave me the room key (first floor)...upon arriving to the room and opening the door, flipped the light switch on to find a roach on the bed and looked up to find one on the ceiling!! I immediately went to front desk, no one there...I had to walk out into the front corridor to yet again ring that doorbell for the lady to come out. When I told her about the roaches, she hated it and followed me to the room to confirm...they were still there! She took us back out front and gave us a second floor room. She went up with us, struggled to get the door open (seemed to be sticking), and went in to check it all out. No roaches, that we could see! She continued to apologize, she was very sweet! Next morning, I woke to find NO COFFEE in the room and a "prior tenant's" used coffee filter still in the coffee pot! Good grief!! We checked out (only there for the night) and the same lady was still there, apologizing and saying she appreciated how nice we were about the whole thing. Even so, this type of business is unacceptable! We were disappointed in Marriott!

I had a great time staying at this hotel. One of the highlights was the front desk receptionist Monique J. She is the real definition of hospitality. I'm not familiar with Dothan, but she was very informative about the area. She told me about the eating places in the area and enlightened me about the beaches that were in driving distance. She was amazing.

I have always liked this hotel. I have stayed over night here several times. The hotel is very clean. My room was comfortably and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The night audit/front desk employee, Jordyn Ashley is the best! We needed change for washer/dryer ! She went above and beyond to help us ! She is Very sweet, courteous and professional! Y’all are very lucky to have her on your team! Thanks Jordyn!
