This hotel is a fantastic find!! If you are looking for a place to stay with exceptional customer service this is it!! I had the pleasure of coming in contact with some of the finest people working at this establishment. From my first phone call with Kelly to our check in with Cristal to my conversation with Elizabeth in the morning ALL are fantastic and make you feel very welcomed and valued! Our room was very clean and well stocked. I credit management Elizabeth for hiring such wonderful people to work in this hotel. We are in a hotel every night due to work and I wish everyone had such fantastic staff. Thank for being so great!

The bathroom was dirty. The toilet was in desperate need of an overhaul (stained bowl, corroded handles) and the shower was dirty. It needed a major scrub down. I called the front desk. No reply. I went all the way downstairs to the front desk to find nobody was there and another guest told me they had already been waiting 10 minutes and still had received no service. I even walked in the back to see if anyone was there and nobody was there. I waited for about 10 minutes before finally leaving. I did not have time to stick around with my thumbs in my pockets. Not impressed whatsoever.

Hotel is beautiful and clean.Bathroom floor was dirty under sink cabinet.Window shade only covered area above A/C unit but not around window next to A/C unit so room never gets dark.TV remote didn't work and took staff 30 minutes to find batteries.Light bulb missing in light next to bed,took them 15 minutes to find a bulb.Orange juice was empty at breakfast and it took attendant almost 20 minutes to find a key to put in orange juice,then it was really watered down and attendant told me they were not sure why it was so watered down lately. Staff needs training in customer service,if orange juice machine was not working properly then why not get it fixed ? Shouldn't take 30 minutes to find batteries or a light bulb.Check in tried to charge me for room I paid for with points.Not well organized.More attention needed to cleaning bathroom.Hotel is beautiful and quiet,large room,huge bathroom,great buffet breakfast.

This hotel had the most friendly and helpful staff from the front desk to the breakfast area. I traveled with 16 other people and had 7 rooms booked and no one had any trouble. We all noticed that the hotel was very clean and smelled amazing too. We would most definitely stay here again when in the Dothan area.
