This place was great and only 5$. The moment you walk in you can smell the flowers. It has a great layout and concrete paths throughout in plenty of shade.

First time visiting this garden. On the smaller side but for $5 a person it was well worth the money! Gorgeous Asian garden and tropical plant house. Good variety of roses, camellias and herbs too. Paved walkways. Very peaceful and quiet on a Sunday morning. Would recommend if you are in the area.

My wife and I went walking the this beautiful place for the first time and it was very nice, we put a lock on the gate and tossed the keys into the lake, next time we will take the kids since now we know there's a kid zone. Our first time visiting we went alone so we could see if it would be somewhere to take the kids. We will be taking them next time.

Very nice place to spend an hour or so. Certainly the time of year you go will depend on the type of flowers you see. There is a tropical area, rose garden, fern glade. And during the visit a scarecrow area. The best being a Seinfeld one. Give it a try.

I agree. Most of the trails are paved and smooth. Some trails are gravel and have a pretty steep incline. There are also some trails in the Japanese Garden area that may be too narrow. But I think you'll be able to experience 90% of the area.
Yes, poop bags are provided at the entrance. You must keep your dog leashed and clean up after. Trash cans are not plentiful, so be prepared to carry the bag.
8.00 for 6 and over. They take cash at the beginning of the walk but they have a machine inside if you choose to use your debit/credit card.
I don't think they are today .But Starting tomorrow on Friday and Saurday you have to get tickets in advance online.
What a wonderful thing! Call their office and I am sure they can help you.
Open till 7 on weekdays
Try your local nursery or Lowe's - good luck!
They changed it to 5 pm. It should have changed at day light savings time but has not yet.
Yes, there are picnic tables but no trash cans.
There are several that I felt had some damage. It was still an enjoyable afternoon and there were quite a few people there. I think there were fewer scarecrows this year but I may be mistaken. I didn't take any pictures this year.
When we i walk the entire area, there was another trail those goes to where a small watee bridge.. if you are walking without stopping 15-20...
You will need to call to get the price for the size group you wil hsve.
No went last night and sign says Friday night only 5 to 8 pm.
There is no stated charge. Donations are accepted. Without them there would be no garden. Please leave something. Enjoy the gardens. Right now we have Scarecrows in the Gardens!
Devonne has it right. Dog friendly on a leash and we have waste stations and pickup bags.
