I had ordered from the local Hibachi place it was really gross and I couldn't eat it but take out star was really nice about helped with getting it fixed and making sure I was ok .

Never again. I placed an order at 10 this morning for a 1215 order for a party. Food was ready at 11:30, driver did not show up for another hour. I called multiple times and all I got was “I’m not sure. It they are on the way.” When bringing my food in, they carried it sideways letting the food spill out AND slung it up on the counter.

Fairly easy online ordering, very easy and friendly over the phone ordering, the online tracking they offer is a big plus and they do a great job confirming all the details, such as when you want your food, how you want the driver to bring it to you, and they offer great rewards if you upload pictures of your order to their website to help give more detail to their menus. I ordered General Tso Chicken and Crab Rangoon from Chopsticks in Lynn Haven FL and, I received just over $5 in credit for a picture of my food and that covered the delivery fee.
