Yes you can put puppies under the covered areas must be in cages how animals must be in a cage but you can sell your puppies any place in the flea market

Yes, you can get under covered areas, don't put puppies on ground as my puppy got parvo there. I'd put paper in kennel. I haven't seen animals inside.

Like the others said they will have to be in a cage and plus call ahead of time to take a table because they do go quickly. And then sometimes it depends on the office.
