Yes, and they have a trash can for poop bags near the grass. Saw a lot of dog owners staying there. My biggest gripe was curtains were not adequate to privacy - 6+ in gaps on both sides where people could see into your room. The adhesive on the Velcro mechanism was no longer sticky and we had to tape the curtain to the wall. That was this weekend. Would not return till curtains are up to code.
It is but the rooms are really bad, dirty, old and our TV did not work.

It is pet friendly, it is basically just a place to lay your head for the night. The rooms are not fantastic but it does the job we even had a small bird.
