It's down a bit of a path, but it is paved.
Not really 😔 At the St park there is a deck to see the lake. The sand is what makes it non wheel chair accessible.
There is a tenth of a mile paved path to the beach from the parking lot
There is a paved path but there is a lot of sand on the beach it might be difficult to get through.
