I will never go back to this location. Terrible experience and I walked out without buying the product I had come for because of the staff member who confronted me while looking for boots! It's all good I went to the store a couple doors down and spent $$$ there instead!

I was so happy to find a dress that fit me...till I got home & found that the security tag wasn't removed! Now I have to make another trip to get it taken off. 😞

Usually within 1 hour of when you place the order. they don't open till 9:00 so probably 10:00 a.m. but wait till you get the email saying that it's ready

Never had to do that before. But as other party suggested, I would call Kohl's directly and ask. The North Muskegon store is AWESOME!!!!!
Most credit applications can take about a week or two to process. If you were not denied right away that is a good sign. The best thing to do is to contact Kohl's for questions like this.
The very same thing happened to me and i even had tracking number! It took at least 6 45 minute STRESSFUL phone calls and I finally got one pair of the two pair of pants I bought and they they were like we cannot refund you because we don’t have them lol I’m like neither do I. They lost a customer and I shared my experience with several people so there’s no surprises when their order doesn’t make it to them.
