I would like to track a purchase I made two weeks ago. I do not have the order number, but I see Kohls has deducted the payment for item last week. I've tried to contact them on their site but without an order number they will not help me.

The very same thing happened to me and i even had tracking number! It took at least 6 45 minute STRESSFUL phone calls and I finally got one pair of the two pair of pants I bought and they they were like we cannot refund you because we don’t have them lol I’m like neither do I. They lost a customer and I shared my experience with several people so there’s no surprises when their order doesn’t make it to them.

Try going into the store, maybe that will help
