While dealing with a difficult situation hunting for my wife a dress. The lovely lady at the register tracked down the dress my wife wanted, called them to make sure it was there, and then asked if I wanted them to hold it. She was a really lovely and helpful lady. 10/10 customer service without question!

They got nice stuff but they always seem to forget that some people are bigger than a 2X. Which generally seems to always be the limit at this store. There's a whole buyer base waiting on you, step it up.

Yes the do. The last item I returned I went to the service desk. Really great benefit. I'm not sure why Kohl's does this. Seems like helping a competitor in several departments
They probably do, although specific sizes vary. They are good about carrying wide sizes in some brands like New Balance
