Hi, a wheelchair cannot be used on the trail but I'm not sure of its exact location they did make a parking lot at the top of the falls and they need a nice smooth path to a Overlook deck for people in wheelchairs. I think it's awesome whoever came up with that idea deserves a medal. I wish I had more information for you. I'll try to look it up on the net and maybe edit my reply for you. Okay I found it. You can access the trail leading to the overlook deck using a wheelchair. But you'll have to park at the top of the falls and use the trails from there. They are smoothly paved and in excellent condition for wheelchair access. I was there today and saw for myself... the trail from below is not wheelchair accessible though.
What Jim says is correct! I saw someone in a wheel chair at the overlook but I'm not sure where they parked.
