Down the street is a park with much better access to the water, (there is a concrete barrier in front of the resort so you have to use the dock) but the water is only knee deep for quite a while so not bad for kids and the pool has a shallow end as well.
They have a beach very near by, jet ski rentals right across the street, good for kids, arcade there and pool
This resort is nice, and they have indoor swimming pool , but yes I will keep kids away from lake
Really not a good place for small kids to swim... Better to swim in the indoor pool.
