The staff went above and beyond and waited for us before they closed the gates for the night. We had no cell service , ran into road construction with detours etc.. we were running behind..They couldn't reach us on our phones cause of no service we finally got a text message from them asking if we were still arriving for check in , we were 5 minutes away thank God! Mind you it was almost 10:30 , they close at 10.. They waited for us to check in , helped us park.. They were amazing, great customer service.. And our stay is going great, besides the rain...

Clean camping and nice store up front. Office staff friendly. Small campsite given to a large camper and neighbors spreading out made it hard to set up. The camping sites need to be larger or pull through only, not enough space. Security was very hard on quiet hours and could not leave after 11pm. I fully understand quiet hours, but not leaving after 11pm is not only a safety issue but will likely keep us from coming back. Seasonal sites were not friendly. Yelled at other campers. Non-seasonal sites were friendly.

My favorite campground! Camp store is great. Prices are not outrageous. Everything was so clean. Close to the day use state park beach.

Hi Kyle, it’s about a four year waitlist. The current rate is $2,750. I believe most parks in downtown silver lake have waiting lists. Hope this helps in hour search. Let us know if you need anything.

How much are the cabin rentals for the 4th of July week? Would be referring to 2019

Debbie Davis | Mar 31, 2019
Silver Lake Resort and Campground (Owner) | Apr 1, 2019

Hi Ron! We have not yet set our 2019 pricing. Cabins rates for this year over the holidays were$90 for a standard cabin and $95 for a loft. Our cabins are very rustic in style in that they have the beds, electric and a light on the inside and outside. However, they do not have any air-conditioning, running water, bathrooms, kitchens, etc. Feel free to contact us with any other questions!

Do they have cable and descent wifi

Pat Krolouski | Mar 31, 2019
Silver Lake Resort and Campground (Owner) | Apr 1, 2019

Thanks for answering Dawn! Pat-Dawn is correct about the wi-if; the more guests in the park, the slower it is. Verizon is putting in a tower that’s supposed to be operational in July, which should help the wi-fi situation. We do not have cable.
