Mixed review, great view of Lake Michigan and deer in camp every day. Nice people running campground. The bad; if it rains site #6 turns into your own private lake, first clue is manhole/drain in middle of site.

I have been going here since a small child and I have had nothing but good memories. The trails, beach, and clean campsites is what makes this place a little slice of heaven. The people and employee's are always friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable about the park, beach front and city attractions. 10/10 would recommend

The gentleman who checked me in was so friendly. The view is beautiful. You can have a a fire by the beach, and bring your dog!! My family had the best time. One thing that was a downfall is the stairs getting up and down to the beach. They do offer ice and wood here. Very friendly and fun. Oh and HOT showers! 🔥 I'll be back!

No water on the individual sites, but there is a fill and dump station.
Near the office should be stable enough for video calls. There is a picnic table directly behind the office for the public to use if you need to connect a laptop or other mobile device.

Yes, certain sites can be reserved online. Just goggle it & the reservation site should come up.
