I was there on Thursday. Everything was open, including the raft.
The park is open. There are no rangers or park staff, so the passport is not required.
It is open...when we were there in May you couldnt move the raft from the shore (or get on it) but the park itself IS open
Yes, the Palms Brooks Park is open. The boat was chained/ locked when we visited a few weeks ago. Not sure about now.
