Oh management was aware of it.they acted like they didn't really care .spent over 10 hrs there between to days for two new tires and for them to mount them. all that time wasted.they ordered the wrong damn size.they didn't have my size in stock either.i was so close to going postal on them
Don't have a good answer to that. Heard they had been real busy. But still slow service? Call management?
