It always seems to smell like milk and mayonnaise here...Also I was looking for a simple item there that was supposed to be in-stock, but my gosh was I wrong. I asked a manager to help me and she just said. "What ever you need? We don't got it." Like how ghetto can you be? Least to say I won't be shopping here anymore.

Yes and the price is usually around $100-$200
Must wear a mask. They clean carts and baskets. Social distance is a thing. They do offer Drive up, through online, and in the app, if you don't want to come in, or wear a mask. They do still reserve 1 hour, Tuesdays 8-9, for elderly, and susceptible shoppers.
They have some in the office supplies area, stationary sand luggage is where I have found them!
I have not seen oil cloth tablecloths at Target. Maybe online?
