The staff is super friendly when I asked about the address to be able to use the target app for getting g the discount code. The app is perfect to find your around the aisle items. The staff I talked to are sociable we have a good conversation. Keep up the good customer service. We did self check-out and the staff gave my son a surf dog target sticker.

Very disappointed with Targets new policy on exchanges. I went in wanting to exchange an item. I go to the section grab the correct item then head to the customer service area for the exchange. After I wait in line I am told that they no longer do exchanges they can only refund for the incorrect item. I then had to wait in line again to buy the correct item. Not a good move Target. Sooooo disappointed.

I absolutely hate the redesign. I can’t find anything I needed and the selection is garbage. So much money put into the layout of a store that was unnecessary when all you had to do was update the flooring and clean it. Now we can’t find anything anymore and the things that we used to be able to find are now gone or moved. And who would’ve thought target could find uglier clothes to put in their stores but you did.
