They have good deals and the coupons help a lot, especially when you have a teenager going to high school, they want the name brand clothes! The store is a little chaotic, lines are long and some areas are very messy and need to be organized. The girl that rang us up was really friendly and chatted with us. Some of the other employees acted like they didn't want to be there, but she seemed to be having a good time, which was definitely nice to see!

I haven't shopped at Kohls in a while. I was looking for a dress and stumbled on a great sale. Got 2 dresses for just over $15 each and 3 t-shirts for about $5 each. I have over 100 days to return my purchase if necessary. I won't because their dressing room was open and I was able to try them on. Great, productive shipping trip!

Kohl's Charge Card services are prone to billing errors and credit reporting errors. I know the cards are administered by a second company, but as much as Kohl's pushes use of their credit cards and fails to assist with these errors, I believe they should be held accountable. For this: I have been double billed, report as deceased, and most recently when I made the mistake of getting a new card, the payment never went through (despite showing in my bank statement) and I never received the card. I feel like there is no recourse here because of the many layers of departments and separation between card processing and store customer service. Update: Kohl's corporate response was "sorry" with no indication processes will improve or that this won't happen again.

They’ve rearranged their store so it was weird trying to find my clothes. But as always they’re super cheap for what you get. Seemed like they had a full staff now too.
