I used to love this store, but they simply have dropped the ball. New Releases are never put out in the ridiculously small video department. They say the video area is shrinking due to sales dropping . Wonder why? How can sales happen with no product on the shelf? It's a self-fulfilling prophecy. As for other areas like toys, pets and collectibles, sometimes the stocking is very irregular, and you'd better check the dates on any dairy or food products that you buy because it's always out of date.

Customer service is next to none at this location. Moldy bread on shelves, shoe section and jewelry section was unkept. Not a fan of having to self checkout.

At this point I have waited over an hour and still have not got my order or at least an updated message to let me know how much longer the wait might be. I have watched people who arrived here after me and received there orders already and leave. I would not use drive up if you are in in a hurry or planning on this to be a faster easier option then going in person.

I am a lover of Target. I really am... I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff at this location. Always asking if I need help and all that jazz. However, I feel like _every_ time I come to shop the aisle are blocked with stock. I mean, seriously, all the time. Baskets, carts, pallets, etc. Typically they’re blocking aisles and it makes it super tough to navigate with a cart & a kid. I would love to say the incessant stocking results on a SUPER well stocked store. Nope! All too frequently aisles have huge merch gaps. I’m really hoping that the remodel will fix this? But, honestly, a night crew would be their best best.
