I've actually been there quite a few times. It is a very small business and they are always busy. They are constantly trying to make improvements but the staff consists of 4 people to handle the load that they get. It is well worth the money and everyone I've taken there loves the experience.
We couldn't get through on the phone either. 1st come 1st serve, at least when we went. Parking was chaos.
Because it's a rather poorly run business. It's a fun place to go but they're a little behind the ball when it comes to the tech side of things. Just keep calling
