Do not just show up on a weekend! They are booked, reservation only. Also bring a mask, you're going to be carted to the entry on a packed (prison) bus.
Reservations only on weekends. Keep calling. When you get an answering machine, you have to leave a message with name, date, time and how many people. They will call you back to confirm your reservation. If you don't get a call back then you do not have a reservation. They do close for bad weather or river conditions. Follow them on Facebook for updates on closures. Not a well run business but still a fun day on the river. Do not just show up! You will be turned away!
Hard to get ahold of for sure. We went last week and they were open. Walk ins aren't an issue during the week. If you want a reservation for the weekend you have to leave a message. They do call back.
