When riding the jet ski, I immediately understood the deposit required. The Yamaha jet ski is fast!! Of course you control your own speed. These are powerful jet skis. There is a 5 mile route in the intercostal, 2.5 each way. We had a lot of fun, the staff are very accommodating and pleasant. You watch a informative safety video before hand. The video is a positive. Just know the Yamaha is powerful, my second time jet skiing, first time on this model and at 60 yrs old, I could handle it. I gave 4 stars as I felt the route was restrictive. However we had alot of fun, good time. Oh, and their life jackets are without moldy spots! Very clean. I highly suggest getting the insurance to cover yourself.

Ugh, meant to do this weeks ago. Great place to rent jet skis from. Guys running this place were very professional, explained everything, open to questions and very informative of what to expect. Safety was their main focus. The cost was very reasonable and if you are a first timer, definitely look at getting the insurance. I would suggest you have some experience on a lake before riding here. My oldest son and I had, the youngest did not, so it was a bit rough for him to get the concept of driving one of these on the river with wakes and swells. I would easily rent a ride from this place on our next vacation.
