Yes. It is a good place to live. Augusta is growing but it is retaining its charm. Almost anything you might want or need, you will find in Augusta.

I live on the SC side of the river, but come over to the riverwalk and broad street a couple nights a week just to enjoy a great walk or show at the imperial theater. Can't wait to see my first show at the newly renovated Miller theater.
