A nice network of trails through the park and along the canal. The old powderworks chimney and mills are along the route as is the Salvation Army Kroc Center. There also are occasional information signs and art installations.

This is the first time I visited this place. We came to a memorial service for my niece. It has a lake around the area and a place for picnics, if you drive down the road you come to the trails and restrooms are available. There is a portable potty up at the lake area.

Yes! At lake Olmstead idk about the canal
I walk my daughter's dog there sometimes. There are fountains for the dogs along the trail. There's always a hand wanting to pet her.
