Crazy right when they say they are environmentally friendly? But they refill travel mugs... I bet once someone gave a wrong cup and cooties were shared...
I used to work for them and thats their policy. The paper disposable cups are 1 use only. If you sit there all day long drinking coffee like some people do you will get a new cup each time!
