Fist time buying from here. Definitely not coming back. Was not greeted properly. Staff was not friendly and employee with the name of Berlin gave an attitude when we asked to make our drinks as if it was a problem.

I would give - stars if possible! I had to wait 7 minutes, because the 3 tools/ baristas were busy with the one customer before me, who asked 1000 questions, what is okay, why make wait other customers if there are 3 people working at the store? Maybe some customers have more value than others? Maybe they should star to pick the customers at the door and only let in the ones, they consider, are more valuable!

I Honestly think this Starbucks Deserves 5 stars for the baristas that took care of me Today which was Joe and Francis. Joe was working the cash register and Francis the Bar. The flow from the cash register to the bar was amazing even my food and drink. Nobody has ever made my drink the way I like but Francis did! This is why I will keep coming to this location that you To the Team At Wykagyl!! I appreciate it so much!!

The best staff on the planet! They always make sure you’re being attended to, unlike many other Starbucks in the area. They remember your name if you’re a regular! Always a pleasure to stop in for my morning coffee (with lots of espresso!) before heading to work.
