Excellent all-around experience with Empire Harley Davidson parts Department. Andy in part’s very helpful very knowledgeable with part numbers I needed and availability. I could not believe all five pieces I wanted were in stock ready for delivery. Andy got them packed up shipped out the same day and said I should be receiving them that same evening or next day overall excellent experience couldn’t be happier.. can’t wait to actually visit Empire Harley Davidson And meet Andy personally to thank him and see what else they have to offer. I will never purchase from this place again. When I bought my 2022 Road Glide a few weeks back, it was still wrapped in plastic. My husband brought the bike in recently because of a broken bolt, something really stupid and they told us they couldn’t get us in for 6 weeks or so. Brought the bike to Bellmore Harley to find out it needs a whole new engine. A brand new 2022 ROAD GLIDE needs a new engine. We had a bike trip that was planned 5 years ago for this Thursday and it is now cancelled. We bought the new bike specifically for this trip. Sales people are eager to sell you the bike but service and customer care are non existent in this place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very disappointed.
