Why did this place service me cold old grilled shrimp that waa bad. Then when I called the manager Katie could careless. Don't eat here save yourself and go up the street to Long John Slivers.

In all the years I have gone there my family and I have never had a negative experience...so sorry you did! May i suggest you make a call to speak with a different Mgr. or the Main Mgr. to resolve the associate attitude and resolution. If you are not happy with that then call the corporate office....

I have always had a short wait period after I order at any Captain D's. I was told this is because the fish, shrimp, meat is cooked for each order as it comes in. So i think you need to talk to the main manager not a shift supervisor. Give them a chance to make amends.

Sometimes things happen, but there's no excuse for rude behavior. Been there numerous times have always been satisfied. Maybe give them another chance, everyone has a bad day.
