In all the years I have gone there my family and I have never had a negative experience...so sorry you did! May i suggest you make a call to speak with a different Mgr. or the Main Mgr. to resolve the associate attitude and resolution. If you are not happy with that then call the corporate office....
I have never had a problem there and my family has been going there since they opened in the mid late 80s
I have always had a short wait period after I order at any Captain D's. I was told this is because the fish, shrimp, meat is cooked for each order as it comes in. So i think you need to talk to the main manager not a shift supervisor. Give them a chance to make amends.
Captain ds is not nearly as good as it used to be. Im not sure what happened
I honesty will never go back if you sell me bad food once you will do it again. Thank you everyone.
Sometimes things happen, but there's no excuse for rude behavior. Been there numerous times have always been satisfied. Maybe give them another chance, everyone has a bad day.
