The room was okay, nothing special the beds were comfortable so I'll give them that. The AC barely kept the room cool even on full blast. The bathroom was very small with stains everywhere snd hair in the tub even before anyone used it. And the pool had lots of hair and was not clean, and was not very spacious for a family to splash around in. And finally breakfast wasn't great there was a pancake machine and honey buns. That was it I was expecting a real breakfast instead of a quick carb breakfast. Don't recommend eating breakfast here. For a 1 night stay I say sure go for it. But if you need to stay for more than 1 night I say *STAY AWAY*

The hotel advertises pet friendliness. I book a room there months ago so I could come into the area and attend a concert. There is even a sign at checkout reminding visitors to sign the pet waiver. I asked about it. My room was the removed from me with the reason that owners have newly carpeted room and have instructed not to allow pets. Again, I had this reservation for months, and I remember it being difficult to find a pet friendly hotel in this rural area. I did not have time to try to find a new hotel on my phone, and the person at the desk certainly did not help me find an alternative. I ended up leaving my little dog in the car during the hours of the concert and driving home, approximately 4 hours away, after the concert, arriving around 2 am. The hotel's decision not only contradicted its stated policy but caused unnecessary extra risk of a dog in a hot car and late night driving. Thankfully, we are okay. But if you are expecting this hotel to be a pet friendly, I am rating as one star to get your attention that it is not.

Positive: The hotel was convenient to where we were going, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. It took us a bit to get the t.v. on but once we did, had plenty of stations to watch. Very nice hot shower. Negative: The first room we were put in we couldn't get the heat or the t.v to work, I went down stairs and she changed us to another room right away.

I would've rated 3.5 if possible. Not quite a 4 star. People there are nice. The rooms are very dimly lit. It seemed like it was acceptable in the clean category but not like it was over the top clean. There was a strange smell throughout. I would stay there again if I had to.
