HOW DO YOU GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE AT THE ACTUAL RESORT TO ASK A QUESTION? I heard that the pool is temporarily closed and I do not want to keep my reservation if this is true however I have no way to talk to anyone. Does anyone know a way to contact?

We were there the last week of July and both pools were open and the water park also...if you call your resort reservation office they should be able to give you some information

You can always call reservations and they will connect you. Put there are 2 pools plus the waterpark, not sure which one is closed, if any.
