Never stood at a resort, that doesn't supply cleaning items. We had to buy dishcloths, brillo, sponges, etc. No vacuum or broom in unit, so l floor remained messy throughout our stay. No lifeguard on duty so most kids were out of control. Had to leave the pool several times

Great if you want to relax or go antique hunting nearby. Best cheeseburger I've had in ages. Don't bother to decorate your own wine bottle. No direction and one set of paints for everyone. Water park looks great 👍

I brought my family here for Memorial weekend and they had a great time. The Water park was loads of fun. The inside pool was clean big and relaxing. The tennis court was great exercise and there was just so much to do. Also the local store which is off site had great employees all my grocery needs and a cool lil breakfast spot as well. We had pizza at the local pizza place and it was very tasty it was a break from the grill they had onsite that also served very tasty burgers and ice cream. I will definitely be back!

Everyone that worked there was very helpful. The facilities were very dated and not in good condition. The blacktop everywhere on the property was in such bad shape you could not avoid the holes. The playground was wrapped in emergency tape and was not accessible. There were several pieces of siding missing off our building. This may have been a really nice place 10 years ago but the owners really need to make some effort to bring this place up to date before we would go back.

We were there the last week of July and both pools were open and the water park also...if you call your resort reservation office they should be able to give you some information
It's a good 25 minutes from the resort. They have pretty good hiking trails and a nice restaurant at the top. Eat outside, under umbrellas or inside, where there is a nice gift shop.
Yes, you can fish in the river
There are three pools: outdoor, indoor, and pirates cay. Pirates cay is the only one you have to pay for. The arcade games are separate and you pay for them with a few quarters a game. I hope I helped you.
I believe it's closed off with a door. They are beautiful rooms. Mainly a studio is open floor plan.
Yes you can. There is a fee for pets but if you're an owner, it's free.
Yes call ahead
It's a short from the main resort. Just a few minutes.

I didn't play. I'll have to ask my dad. It was never crowded. Saw a doe and her new born on the course one morning recently...it was a nice moment.
Good night English if you speak Spanish
Beautiful indoor and outdoor pools. Outdoor giant games like chess and checkers.
Campground is available, I believe. Call resort directly for information or reservations.
The Presidential rooms have washer/dryer in unit otherwise, activity center has free laundromat to use.
I just called the resort & made a reservation or u can go on website & do it
I dont believe any have it included. We had a 2 bedroom villa and it still wasn't included. They have a good size pool that does have access for free.
They are OK. Some are updates and others are being updated. We had one with the shower in the main room. Didn't like that too much. But overall they were OK. We were visiting on timeshare time. If I was buying I'd be more discriminating.
About 27 some miles it's a 30 min. drive
In Ottawa, on the river there is. Not far from the resort - 20 minutes.
I see your question was answered yes they do. The Wi-Fi doesn't help phone calls on your cell but it allows you to log onto games and all that kind of stuff and bring a game system. They also have movies that you could rent actually you don't pay nothing for him you get three at a time you can return them and then get more. Same with board games and other things for activities. The movies are older movies.
Yes there is a balcony, grill but you could only use it on certain days
About an hour, SW on I-55.
WiFi is available for all the guests. If you want the password ask the front desk.
This is a members only resort. But the water park is open to the public. Pirates Cay website should state rates for non member entry fees.
