My family and I go there twice a year. Sites 6 through about 20 are furthest from the highway. But no sites are really all that close to the highway. Sites about 6 through 10 are closest to and/or on the water. These sites are very hard to get. You need to reserve very early. I am sure you will enjoy it there.

Last time I was there was at site 15. Had two kids with me. It was away from the road, but close enough to the vault toilet for kids at night.
